The Rose Program was built to grow, because serious illness does not respect state lines, and access to expert, independent palliative medicine should not depend on geography. We currently
serve communities across Florida, Pennsylvania, and Ohio, with continued expansion underway throughout the East Coast.
Rather than waiting for systems to evolve, we take an active approach. As an independent practice, we bring services directly to the communities that need them most. If we are not yet in your area, there is an opportunity to help extend this care to your community.

If you or a loved one is receiving care in a setting without palliative support, you can request it.
Individuals and families have the right to ask for specialist-level care, and we welcome those requests directly.

If someone you care about is living in a community that does not yet partner with The Rose Program, your voice matters. Family advocacy is often what brings specialized care into new settings.
